Deathmatch 2 and 3 Combo Pack

A synesthetic deathmatch map for alien swarm + a brightly colored fine-tuned deathmatch experience all in one!

This map pack consists of two maps. The first being asiDeathmatch2 which is a successor to asideathmatch1 and an overal great improvement. It now has its own intro sequence, players dont fight aliens at the end of the round- instead it just goes to a generic "mission complete" screen, map can handle 2, 3 or 4 players (The last one was supposed to as well but something went wrong with the last compile.

The other map is asideathmatch3 and it's something totally differint. While still being a basic deathmatch map the layout is minimalistic as well as highly synesthetic, using sound tones and light squares. You can view what this synesthesia looks like in the following video:

Total build time for all this mess was about 6 hours not including the 17 hours spent on making the first one. I hope you like the improved map as well as the very bizarre experience deathmatch_3 offers.

    Pros: Teleport into beginning Cons: Same as deathmatch 1 but turned on a right angle. Deathmatch 3 is nice if you are a colour blind 6 year old. Improvements: Everything Notes: Don't donwnload as it might cause your eyes to fallout 3.

    Someone on the steam forums found out how to add in normal ff damage with a few server side console commands,

    Tell you what: I'll add respawns to all 3 of the deathmatch maps if somebody actually tells me how to do that.

    Wow.... That.... Was..... boring..... Add the respawns please. And some color to the background to the light map. Like walls that get lit when u shoot at them perhaps?

    player respawn does exist, i've played holdout style maps where dead players get respawned after a wave is completed (assuming at least 1 player stays alive, otherwise its game over)
